- Chef Marcie Blaine Turney looks to Lancaster County for organic cream and butter, and nearby farms for seasonal produce, herbs and honey. Her chocolates are inspired by the flavors of her restaurants, namely those from Mexico, India, and the Mediterranean. Chef Turney’s chocolates are handcrafted in a small studio kitchen in the back of her boutique shop, Verde, on 13th Street in Philadlephia. Stop by and watch the chocolatiers at work!
